Description:

Lowell Middlesex Academy Charter School (LMACS) is a public school catering to students who have left school prior to graduation and those at risk of dropping out. LMACS generally enrolls students 16 to 21 years of age. Graduates of the school must take and pass the 10th grade MCAS exams in math, English and Biology; all students complete a 50 hour internship, take additional course work in Ethics and Health, and have access to counseling on site.
